Sketch, Together.
Sallie sits down with you—pen and paper—to translate routines into rooms. A quick hand-drawn plan captures sightlines, storage, and flow before anything gets complicated.
Walk the Frame.
With studs up, we confirm feel and function on site: window placement, niches, built-ins, and any small adjustments that make daily life better.
Fine-Tune the Electrical.
During rough-in, we dial in switches, outlets, and task lighting around how you cook, work, and unwind—smart runs included.
